Your Current Travel Pass Details
If you have your current travel pass to hand, please enter the details as they appear on the pass. An example pass is shown below. If you do not have your current travel pass, please refer to the sections 'Don't know your current Concessionary Travel Pass details?' or 'If your pass has been lost or stolen' below.
Please ensure that you enter the name exactly as it appears on your current pass. If you wish to change the name on your new pass, you will be able to do so later in the application process.
Please note, this should be the postcode of the Worcestershire address where your previous pass was issued. If you have moved since your previous pass was issued, and you have notified us already, please enter your current post code. If you have not notified us of a change of address, you will be able to enter your new address later in the application process.

If you have had, or currently hold a Concessionary Travel Pass which you are sure
  • has expired
  • is due to expire in the next 3 months
but don't know the Concessionary Travel Pass Number and/or Expiry Date, you can renew using the button below. Please note that the renewal process may take slightly longer, and that we may need to contact you to confirm your details.
If your pass has been lost or stolen
If your pass has been lost or stolen, and
  • had not expired
  • was not due to expire in the next 3 months
you can request a replacement using the button below.
Please be aware that once you have requested a replacement pass at a cost of £5, this will not be refunded if the original pass is subsequently found.
