3 Counties Holistic Healthcare   Provides self- healing empowering workshops and holistic complementary therapies  to support people struggling with  their mental and physical health. Community   based often funded or a  donation. Treatments only available when one self healing workshop  has been fully attended.

Our aim as a charity is to make North Worcestershire a better place for people to grow older, delivering high quality local services and support for the over fifties, promoting independence and wellbeing.  Core to the charity is it free and confidential Information and Advice service with our trained advisors offering help and support on a range of topics ( including social care, benefits and pensions advice, staying safe, warm and independent at home, as well as support for carers).  Our other services include a Wheel Chair Loan Service, our At Home Service ( which focuses on supporting people to remain independent in their own homes with our team of Home Workers, Gardeners and Handypersons), Community Foot Care Service, our Befriending service along with a variety of Activities and Groups including Amphlett Hall Computer Clubs, Bromsgrove Men in Sheds, Move More exercise classes, Redditch Activities (including Keep Fit, Art, Bowls and Tai Chi classes) and the Tulip Tree Friendship Group in Kidderminster.  As a charity we offer a range of different volunteering opportunities plus we also have a network of charity shops across North Worcestershire which are important hubs for the communities which they support.

Age UK Worcester, Malvern Hills & Hereford Localities is an independent local charity, created by the merger of Age UK Worcester & Malvern Hills and Age UK Hereford & Localities at the start of 2024.

We've been working in the local community to help older people for many years now; assembling a dedicated office & shop staff team and a huge number of dedicated volunteers to help us deliver local services and activities to older people across Herefordshire (excluding HR9 postcodes) & Worcestershire.

We're a local brand partner of the national charity Age UK which was formed after the merger of Age Concern England and Help the Aged. We're a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee.

We have an online creative course Creating Your Happy that guides you step by step through a curated journey supporting confidence growth, finding more happiness daily and dealing with anxiety and stress. Each section teaches you healthy coping mechanisms for a more positive point of view with a full years access once you join up.
You can also join our creative community on social media or at one of our workshops when available, and find activities and inspiration on our website whenever you want to relax, fill time positively or find some joy relief.

Arts Therapies UK is one of the leading mental health charities in the country that offers all five modalities of arts therapy and psychotherapy - Art Psychotherapy, Music Therapy, Dramatherapy, Play Therapy and Dance Movement Psychotherapy.

Arts therapy works in the same way as counselling and psychotherapy but with the added benefit of the art form, which often makes therapy less 'scary' and easier to engage with. It also means we can treat some of the most hard to reach client groups such as SEN, dementia, severe mental health as well as anxiety, depression, eating disorder and much more. We have referrals from all ages. We have little to no waiting list and a quick turnaround from referral, triage to treatment.

Carers Careline support unpaid carers through their programme of services including regular telephone,  email and text support, a drop-in and form filling facility, monthly support groups, quarterly events, activities and trips, a counselling service, monthly bereavement support for the loss of a loved one and a respite service, for eligible carers to take a free 2 night hotel break through our community partnership with Carefree.
