Birmingham Centre for Arts Therapies
Birmingham Centre for Arts Therapies is one of the leading mental health charities in the midlands and it's neighbouring counties - Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Solihull, Coventry, Hereford, Wolverhampton, Sutton Coldfield, Derby and the west of England.

Arts therapy works in the same way as counselling and psychotherapy but with the added benefit of the art form, which often makes therapy less 'scary' and easier to engage with. It also means we can treat some of the most hard to reach client groups such as SEN, dementia, severe mental health as well as anxiety, depression, eating disorder and much more. We have referrals from all ages. We have little to no waiting list and a quick turnaround from referral, triage to treatment.

We offer all five modalities of arts therapy, which are: Art Psychotherapy, Music Therapy, Play Therapy, Dramatherapy and Dance Movement Psychotherapy.

All our therapists are fully qualified HCPC (or equivalent) registered.
