3 Counties Holistic Healthcare 3CHH registered charity  provides holistic mindfulness courses totally inclusive. Free to those on social security benefits, affordable contribution to from those on low income and heavily subsidised for others.

Libraries host a range of Adult Learning courses across Worcestershire.  A wide range of course are available including those designed to:

• improve health and social well being
• improve literacy and language skills

Age UK Herefordshire & Worcestershire
