3 Counties Holistic Healthcare 3CHH registered charity  provides holistic mindfulness courses totally inclusive. Free to those on social security benefits, affordable contribution to from those on low income and heavily subsidised for others.
Mindfulness Meditation is proven to reduce stress anxiety and depression recognised by National Institute of Excellence and Medical Health Care Providers.

Act on Energy encourages energy conservation by providing free and impartial advice to householders about energy efficiency advice in the home, grants for heating & insulation, fuel switching advice and much more.

Active Bromsgrove
Active Bromsgrove bringing you localised fun, physical and health specialist activities across the Borough.  Including but not limited to; exercises for older people, falls prevention sessions and other specialised health classes and Holiday Activity and Food support.

Active Herefordshire and Worcestershire
Our purpose is to create a more active and healthier Herefordshire and Worcestershire by enabling a thriving, sustainable environment of physical activity and sport. We offer advice and guidance, signposting, delivery and opportunities for independent organisations to offer physical activity sessions.
We deliver a falls prevention programme called Strong and Steady, funded by Worcestershire County Council Public Health and available at different community venues across the county.
Strong and Steady Exercise Classes are designed for people who feel unsteady on their feet or have had a fall. The classes aim to improve strength and balance, and also to help people feel more confident when out and about.

Active Redditch
Active Redditch bringing you localised fun, physical and health specialist activities across the Borough.  Including but not limited to; exercises for older people, falls prevention sessions and other specialised health classes, Holiday Activity and Food support and Active Families.

Adult Learning Courses in Libraries 
Libraries host a range of Adult Learning courses across Worcestershire.  A wide range of course are available including those designed to:

• develop skills and prepare people for training, employment or self-employment
• improve digital & financial literacy and communication skills
• ensure parents are better equipped to support children's learning
• improve health and social well being
• improve literacy and language skills
• improve wellbeing through courses such as Tai Chi, Mindfulness, Art and Craft to Psychology, Languages and Cookery.
