Course Description: Would you like to join a fun, fab fitness group for absolute beginners? Would you like to work on your body & your mind? SHAPE stands for Supporting Health and Promoting Exercise. Sessions include stretching and relaxing yoga type exercises & discussion based learning around other factors which can hugely impact our mood, such as the meals we prepare or the sleep we get or the activities which we engage in.
