Course Description: Would you like to join a fun, fab fitness group that will get you to work on your body & your mind? SHAPE stands for Supporting Health and Promoting Exercise. Sessions include 45 minutes of exercise & 45 minutes of discussion based learning around other factors which can hugely impact our mood such as the meals we prepare or the life style we lead & the activities which we engage in.
