Join our ‘Train the Trainer’ workshop designed specifically for SENDCos and pastoral staff, where you’ll be introduced to a ready-to-deliver parent workshop focused on supporting autistic children with transitions. The parent workshop explores:
- Why transitions (both big and small) can feel challenging for autistic children.
- How to recognise the different types of transition.
- Practical strategies that families can use at home to make change feel more manageable.
Parents will also have the opportunity to connect with one another, share experiences and gain support from peers facing similar challenges. Workshop resources are fully prepared and straightforward, enabling you to add this engaging session to your package of support for parents within your school.
