These valuable, termly in-person sessions will include opportunities for professional development (informed by locality requirements), phase specific workshops and facilitated networking with SENCo colleagues, WCC SEND/Inclusion teams and wider partners. Peer-to-peer support will be facilitated through a solutions-focused approach, encouraging SENCos to discuss specific ‘hot topics’ and/or CYP’s needs to obtain ideas from colleagues and other professionals through addressing challenges and sharing effective practices to move things forward. Cost: Free to attend - we encourage delegates to attend the termly meeting for their area.
