520 - Skills Bootcamp - Digital Skills for the Workplace

Want to feel more confident using digital tools at work? This intensive 6-week Skills Bootcamp is designed for people who are already working and want to develop their digital skills to support career progression, take on new responsibilities, improve workplace performance, increase efficiency or help grow their business.

You'll learn how to use everyday workplace tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as explore how AI technologies can help you work smarter and save time. The course also covers online communication and collaboration, managing files and documents, effective internet research, digital safety and data protection.

By the end of the Bootcamp, you'll have the confidence to use digital technology more effectively, communicate and collaborate online, solve workplace challenges and increase your productivity. The skills you gain will support your professional development and help you achieve your career or business goals.


Important: This Skills Bootcamp is for individuals who are currently employed (full-time or part-time) or self-employed and are looking to upskill. If you are currently unemployed, we have other digital skills courses available that can help you build your skills and move closer to employment.

Entry Requirements
•    Be aged 19 or over
•    Live in Worcestershire
•    Be currently employed (full-time or part-time) or self-employed 
•    Have a minimum of Entry Level 3 English
•    Successfully complete our Digital Skills initial assessment

Most of our courses are subsidised through the Adult Skills Fund (ASF). To meet the funding requirements, we need to collect certain information from learners to help monitor how this funding is used. After booking, you will be asked to provide some additional enrolment information. We only collect information that is necessary and process it in line with our Privacy Notice. Without this information, we may not be able to offer you a place on the course. Your cooperation helps us continue to provide subsidised learning opportunities across Worcestershire.
