Additional Information: This course was developed by request, to help people understand what research says about meditation and mindfulness and how to practically discover this for yourself. Over the course you will learn six different meditation methods and an exploration of the different views on mindfulness. It is a course designed to give you a clearer understanding of what mindfulness is and how it is used so that you know what to do and when. It outlines different perspectives on meditation and discusses their uses in daily life so that you can make an educated decision about what method is right for you.
