821 - Moodmaster Resilience Course


Moodmaster is a course for reflection time during a therapy-based peer support programme for anyone who feels distressed and wants to overcome it or for anyone that wants to improve their wellbeing. It can support anyone with stress, anxiety or feeling depressed by giving you a range of simple tools and techniques in a group setting.

You will join a small group of people who feel low, and with your friendly caring tutor you will learn how to manage life’s ups and downs more effectively. This 6-week course will be a quiet and supportive place to take time to review and rate, confidentially, how you have been each week. We will focus on two different topics each session and invite you to carry out tasks in-between each session, which will help you in achieving your personal aims in life.

Additional Information: 

Most of our courses are subsidised either wholly or in part by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA). The ESFA require us to collect information about our learners to monitor how their funding is being spent and to gauge the effectiveness of our equality and diversity policy. You will therefore be asked to submit further enrolment data once you have booked your place. We only collect data that is required by the ESFA, and use it in line with our privacy notice. We may not be able to offer you a place on our courses if you're unable to provide us with the required information.
