- To help you zoom in, you can:
- Use the +/- buttons to zoom in and out
- Zoom to a location by:
- Choosing a town/village then clicking Search button
- Choosing a town/village then choosing a road/name or number and then clicking Search button
- Choosing a town/village then choosing a road name or number, then choosing a house name or number and then clicking Search button
- Zoom to a postcode (if you know the postcode area where the fault is located), by choosing Postcode option, entering postcode and clicking Search button
- Zoom to your current location (if you are currently at the location of the fault). If you are using a mobile device, you may need gps turned on
- You can switch to the aerial map view to help find the location of the lighting feature.
Unable to use the map?
Using the map is the best way to show the location of the fault as it provides the most information for our inspectors. If, however, you are unable to use the map, for example due to accessibility issues, please select the option below. You will then be asked to specify the location in a text box. Â
