Course Description: This fun packed week will cover all areas of the 5 Ways to Well-being.  We’ll show you how to get motivated to Get Active, talk about ways to Connect with Others (online and outside) and how to Give to Others whilst socially distancing.  Come and join us for the week and Learn something new, so by Friday you can reflect on the week and Take Notice of your thoughts and feelings of the course.
