Course Description: Take part in a Yoga class with your baby for up to 1 hour per session over this course. You will get to perform some poses which include your baby and baby massage. You will be taught how to perform some poses just for Mum with baby alongside Mum as well as learning and performing postures with specific postnatal benefits e.g. regaining the strength of your internal abdominal muscles and supporting your body during breastfeeding.
