Writing for Wellbeing

Course Description: This is a taster workshop to welcome you into the world of writing.  During the session we shall touch on; positivity in writing, journaling and diarising, effective writing techniques and personal writing.   We will be looking at getting your thoughts, feelings and emotions on paper in a non-judgemental environment.  “I make these workshops fun because enjoyment brings about good mental health and assists our learning.”
