Course Description: A course for any adult to explore your own mindset to support you to shape how you make sense of the world and yourself. This course will support you to influence how you think about others, how you feel in different situations, and how you behave in any given situation and will focus on reducing your anxiety, building your confidence, managing stress, and managing your own perceptions.
