  • The fee of £55.27 incl. VAT is for the standard Highways Questions of the CON29 (Question 4b is charged at £17.07 incl. VAT)

(a)  highways maintainable at public expense
(b) subject to adoption and, supported by a bond or bond waiver. 
(c) to be made up by a local authority who will reclaim the cost from the frontagers
