This online workshop is for educational professionals will explore different ways to use the creative arts to support children’s emotional regulation.
This might be through music and rhythm, art and drama. All can support regulation, expression, communication and managing transitions. The creative arts can often impact children non verbally in a much deeper way than we might expect.
During this session practical ideas will be shared and explored:
- How to use the creative arts in everyday routines at school
- How to use the creative arts in periods of dysregulation, in order to support emotional regulation
- Enhance your educators tool kit
