Do you have pupils who are performing at nearly the next judgement in writing but don’t know how to boost them between now and June? Those children who have elements of the next standard, but you are finding it difficult to convert their writing into a secure fit. Then this session is for you! For the first part of the session, you will have chance to gain some quick win ideas about how to boost your writers in a short period of time, as well as receiving some planning that can be easily implemented to maximise progress and evidence. In the second part of the session LA qualified moderators and advisers will work alongside you to review up to 3 pupils work and discussing with you what techniques could boost them to the next level. It doesn’t matter what standard the children are, we are happy to look and advise on up to 3 pupils per delegate. Please note this is not a moderation or a surgery.
