Target Audience: Headteachers, Business Managers and Finance Staff who prepare the schools Budget
To provide an overview of Financial standards in school, budget planning, funding from the Local Authority, CFR and Benchmarking.  
To look at expected Expenditure and Income and where to budget.  Management of school surplus balances and budget deficits.  
Finally, an overview of the Collaborative Planning, Budget Setting Model which is used by maintained schools to set their budgets
