Girls and Autism 

A 90-minute INSET opportunity which covers:

• 'Typical' presentations of girls with autism
• How to support “masking” behaviour
• How to support girls with autism in your classroom
• How to support girls with autism with their self-esteem

Each delegate will:

• Develop and/or enhance their awareness and understanding of autism in girls
• Gain a better understanding of the needs of girls and young people with autism
• Take away a range of autism-specific strategies to implement in the classroom
