7870: Personal Resilience  Sessions

This online session, led by our Psychotherapy Counsellor Richard Allsup and Psychologist Bill Say, has been designed to provide tools and techniques for personal resilience, to support our workforce during these extraordinary times.
This workshop provides participants with an opportunity to focus on their personal resilience and coping strategies.

By attending this session, you will be able to:

- Share strategies for managing work/life boundaries. For example, caring for dependent children or adults whilst maintaining work commitments as far as possible.
- Express the personal impact of the restrictions and develop methods for self-support, so we can get the best from home-working.
- Explore models to manage anxiety, stressful feelings, encourage sleep hygiene
-Identify actions and strategies to proactively manager personal resilience
