Learning & Development Courses

This course is for employees who are acting as fire wardens, employees who have a delegated duty to manage a building i.e. officer in charge duties, facilities management.  All employees to achieve an awareness of fire safety.

Workshop on the management of allegations against professionals and volunteers working with children and young people in a position of trust. 

This workshop is for all agencies and professionals who need to have an understanding of the levels of need in Worcestershire 

Retirement for many people involves an abrupt and considerable change to their pattern of life. This course aims, in a practical and supportive way, to consider this change and to offer information on financial matters.

This session will cover the four areas:
 • What is Early Help?
• How to creatively gather the childs voice
• Completing an Early Help Assessment
• Holding a team around the family meeting

Harmony at Home is Worcestershire’s approach to the Reducing Parental Conflict (RPC) initiative in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and organisations from our multi-agency Reference group.

These half day events are being delivered by a Qualified Signs of Safety Trainer/Consultant.
